The bowls will still need some cleaning. Now it is not. All the jets and tubes were put back into the carb and it was reassembled for shipping.

Everything was stuck. When you get the carb you would have to take it apart to replace the rings and gaskets and also set the float height . The other option is to get this rack for parts. I did not want to take it apart because I know there are some felts in there that I did not want to damage.

Up for sale is a complete carb rack for a 1976 Honda GL1000. I removed and machined new buttons and reinstalled them on the carbs. All of the carb buttons on the tops of the CV slides were broken when I got the rack.

This rack has been gone through with some initial cleaning done. I would source these parts from .

I cleaned the idle, mid, and high range fuel circuits and they are all free and blow through nice and clean. Also, one of the float pins is busted. All the carb bodies in this rack are 758A bodies which are the correct carbs for a 1976 model.

This rack took me probably 10 hours to disassemble and clean. The linkage for the throttle works perfectly and all of the carb and choke butterflies move. I run the same set up on my 76 and 75 and they work great.

I removed them for cleaning and they will need to be replaced. I got the real heavy varnish out but I ran out of cleaner and did not want to spend any more money than I already had on this rack. They are all there and are in working condition. One set of choke butterflies does not move freely though.

All of the jets and emulsion tubes were removed, cleaned, and inspected. I have done my best to describe this rack to you correctly. There is something funny about the choke linkage and I couldn't quite figure it out.

All of the slides have been cleaned and now move freely.
